Monster: Angeal.Another reference. Notable differences will be that his wings will be more like this and exaggerated, enough for him to fly. Not trident thing. Instead, his hands end like that trident. Also tends to move with this staticy afterimage and the hair is much more, well. Like hair. Eerily looks kinda like how Zack's might look if his grows out that long. Like a wild, spiky mane.
Reaction: Zack's initial reaction would be to freeze on sight, then actually move forward to get a better look at it. Because seriously, what in the actual fuck. Once he notices the other monsters though (which will be shortly thereafter, really), he'll kick it into high gear SOLDIER mode and get the hell out of there. He will more than likely bark orders if he has to to get others running.
I swear to god if you guys drop dog jokes on me, I might have to throw you.
Once they're at the house on Day 80, he'll make sure first thing to go for blocking everything. More than likely going to yell more orders to get everyone on task and spread everyone out, so all the windows and doors are blocked ASAP. It'll only be after that that he'll deal with his own demons here. Seeing Angeal again like that is really not okay and it'll show (Kuns, help a brother out?) Though he will swallow down those feelings and deal if necessary to comfort other people that night. He will volunteer to be first watch.
He'll also learn very quickly not to move during that first watch when footsteps follow his own from the roof.
